Symphony Sleep® has launched its Premier Hybrid Platform Base, an adaptable foundation aimed at giving retailers a durable, upgrade-ready product that the company says has no equivalent in the marketplace.
Designed for maximum versatility and retailer profitability, the Premier Hybrid Platform Base starts as a robust, breathable metal mesh deck, rated at 2,000 lbs., paired with an airflow-friendly fabric. From there, retailers can offer modular upgrades with Symphony Sleep’s compatible accessories that provide additional lifestyle and health benefits.
“For the consumer, the modular design offers the ability to transform an otherwise traditionally static platform deck into a piece of motion bedroom furniture that is adaptable to their needs. And for the retailer, the Premier Hybrid Platform Base turns a one-time, low-margin sale into an opportunity with add-on options for bigger tickets,” said John Schulte, Symphony Sleep president.
The upgrades include the High-Low Lift Kit for adjustable height and tilt functions to support aging-in-place and special needs individuals; the Elevation Kit can address specific sleep and health issues such as snoring, sleep apnea and acid reflux; and the SleepSafe™ secure storage compartment.
The Premier Hybrid Platform Base is the latest addition to the Symphony Sleep line of bases designed to be paired with an assortment of innovative accessories from which retailers can build a full-category merchandising strategy.
“While the Sleep Symphony brand is relatively new, our team’s expertise in the category spans many decades, which enables us to pack our products and programs with benefits to the retailer that matter–exclusive features not found in the marketplace, margin-building add-ons, in-store sales and marketing support, and operational ease,” added Schulte.
The Premier Hybrid Platform Base will be available in November 2025, with inventory stocked in St. Louis and available for delivery, pick-up or container-direct delivery.
