SONNEMAN Joins Hudson Valley Lighting Group Family of Brands

Hudson Valley Lighting Group (HVLG), a leading designer and manufacturer of decorative and architectural lighting, is excited to announce its acquisition of SONNEMAN – A Way of Light, a premier brand renowned for its modern design sensibility, pioneering LED innovation, and sophisticated product architecture.
SONNEMAN joins the HVLG family of brands—Hudson Valley Lighting, Mitzi, Troy Lighting, Corbett, and CSL—each of which brings a unique aesthetic and design philosophy to a shared mission: delivering elevated lighting solutions to the residential and commercial markets.
This strategic acquisition significantly expands HVLG’s capabilities in the configurable LED category, positioning the group to meet growing demand for flexible, high-performance lighting across a wide range of applications. The addition strengthens HVLG’s offering in the residential-commercial crossover space, giving designers, specifiers, and customers more options than ever to bring bold design visions to life.
