Kuka Home, a global leader in upholstery manufacturing, announces the continued expansion of its Vietnam operations with a new 470,000-square-foot manufacturing facility adjacent to its existing 4.1 million-square-foot campus in Binh Phuoc province.
This facility marks another milestone in Kuka Home’s long-term strategy to strengthen and scale its Vietnam manufacturing base. It follows the recent launch of a 624,000-square-foot facility in Binh Duong province in March 2025, reflecting strong momentum fueled by Kuka Home’s long-standing retail partnerships and high-performing sales, product development, and design teams.
“As our production shifts further into Vietnam, this expansion gives us the added capacity and flexibility needed to support our partners with greater speed and efficiency,” said Matt Harrison, president of Kuka Home North America. “We’re proud to invest in infrastructure that allows us to scale with confidence and continue delivering exceptional value in today’s evolving environment.”
In just five months, Kuka Home has doubled its capacity in Binh Duong - a direct response to growing demand from its retail partners and the need to reduce lead times. The new 470,000-square-foot Binh Phuoc facility builds on that expansion, bringing the company’s total Vietnam manufacturing footprint to 5.17 million square feet.
“This new facility allows us to further boost output, shorten delivery timelines, and strengthen our commitment to long-term growth alongside our partners. I’m proud of what our team has accomplished and excited for what’s ahead”, added Harrison.
The expansion reflects Kuka Home’s ongoing investment in scalable infrastructure to support future growth and evolving customer needs.
