Fairfield Announces Executive Appointments as Part of Focused Evolution

Fairfield, a leading manufacturer of artisan-crafted upholstery and casegoods since 1921, announces two executive appointments as part of its continued focus on operational excellence and strategic growth. Doug McClurd has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer, and Mark Huegerich has been appointed Chief Financial Officer.
McClurd, who was promoted to Senior Vice President of Product Development and Logistics in 2023, has played a central role in Fairfield’s casegoods development, logistics strategy, and customer relations. As Chief Operating Officer, he will continue to lead those areas while adding oversight of manufacturing operations, as well as procurement and company-wide planning. The alignment of these core functions under a single leader is designed to strengthen day-to-day execution and improve coordination across departments.
Huegerich brings more than 20 years of experience in financial and operational leadership within the furniture and manufacturing industries. As Chief Financial Officer, he will oversee Fairfield’s Finance and IT departments, focusing on systems development, financial structure, and strategic planning to support the company’s continued growth.
