WithIt Presents President's Award to Andy Bernstein

WithIt, the women’s leadership development network for the home and furnishings industries will present Andy Bernstein, the CEO and founder of FurnitureDealer.net, with the President's Award on April 25 during the WOW Awards gala. The President’s Award is presented to a WithIt member who has made significant contributions to the building of WithIt and the fulfillment of its mission.
For more than 20 years, Andy’s company, FurnitureDealer.net, has striven to connect furniture retailers with consumers through incredible websites. He is a passionate entrepreneur and visionary.
Andy Bernstein is one of WithIt’s strongest advocates in the home and furnishings industry thanks to his constantly sharing our mission to foster leadership, mentoring, and educational opportunities for women in the furniture industry. We also admire his commitment to supporting the development of his employees by always encouraging his team to be part of WithIt.
WithIt’s Board of Directors felt fortunate when Andy agreed to join the WithIt Executive Advisory Council in 2019. His incredible astuteness and innovative ideas have elevated the WithIt brand ever since.
Helping WithIt grow through sponsoring memberships and conference attendance has always been at the top of Andy’s sponsorship goal. He turned up the volume last year when he threw down the gauntlet during an Executive Advisory Council meeting and committed to sponsoring 50 one-year memberships. We crafted a campaign for members to bring a guest to our Spring market events and those guests would receive a membership. What an incredible gift!
Andy was recognized as a WithIt Ambassador during our anniversary in 2022 for bringing more than 15 members to the organization. Cathy Valent, WithIt’s 2025 President, felt that Andy deserved this year’s President’s Award for going above and beyond.
