Linon Home Decor Products, Inc. announced the completed acquisition of Coast to Coast Imports, LLC, a respected name in accent furniture and case goods. The deal, which officially closed per Federal Court order on April 11, 2025, includes all tangible and intangible business personal property assets, intellectual property, branding and millions of dollars in finished goods inventory. The Coast to Coast Imports brand is now being relaunched under the Linon umbrella, joining the company’s expanding portfolio alongside Powell and Linon.
As part of the acquisition, Linon now owns all Coast to Coast branding and product listings and will actively protect and grow the brand across all channels. In addition to Coast to Coast, Linon has acquired the intellectual property and trademarks for Coast2Coast Home, Accents by Andy Stein, Jadu Accents, Treasure Trove Accent Furniture and Pieces in Paradise.
“Coast to Coast was never just a product line—it was a design voice with a loyal following and a strong retail presence,” said Jim Ziozis, president and CEO of Linon Home Decor Products. “We’re proud to carry that legacy forward, ensuring the brand’s continuity and protecting its integrity in the market.”
Retailers can expect a seamless transition and immediate product availability. Linon currently has over 500 legacy Coast to Coast items in stock and ready for sale, supported by the company’s national distribution and customer service infrastructure.
“While others focused on short-term disruption, we focused on long-term value—for our partners, stakeholders and for the Coast to Coast brand itself,” added Ziozis. “We are not just maintaining the collection—we are investing in it. New product development under the Coast to Coast label is already underway, backed by our global sourcing capabilities and proven operational scale.”
Linon will showcase the revitalized Coast to Coast collection at the Spring High Point Market, April 23–30, alongside its flagship Linon and Powell lines. Buyers are invited to visit the Linon showroom at 200 South Main Street, Suite 100, to experience the curated assortment of accent furniture and case goods that remain true to the Coast to Coast aesthetic—bold finishes, global textures, and distinctive craftsmanship.
