Macy's Announces Daniel Leppo Senior VP Merchandising Manager

Macy’s announced today that Daniel Leppo has been named senior vice president and general merchandising manager for Men’s and Kids’. Leppo most recently served as Bloomingdale’s senior vice president and general merchandising manager, overseeing Cosmetics, Menswear, Children’s, and Home. In his new role, Leppo will be responsible for leading and driving the Men’s and Kid’s merchandise organization with a focus on curating compelling assortments that align with customer demand and market trends. He will report to Nata Dvir, chief merchandising officer.

Leppo started his career at Bloomingdale’s as an intern and was part of the executive training program. He has held numerous leadership positions across Bloomingdale’s where he has excelled, from buyer to VP, DMM, Menswear, to SVP, Northeast Stores and most recently as GMM overseeing Cosmetics, Menswear, Children’s & Home. Leppo’s passion for product and his strong vendor relationships will be instrumental in driving innovation and growth in Men’s and Kids categories at Macy’s.
