Marina de Sa Noguiera Receives Built to Last Award at Dutchcrafters

Marina de Sa Nogueira, marketplace and marketing manager at DutchCrafters, the leading retailer of Amish furniture at www.dutchcrafters.com, has been awarded the company’s Built to Last Award.
DutchCrafters Director of Operations Kari-Jo Koshes presented the award at the annual staff awards ceremony. This award recognizes a veteran employee who has demonstrated exceptional work ethic, long-term contributions, and leadership.
De Sa Nogueira joined DutchCrafters in 2018 as a category management assistant, focusing on customer needs and competitive analysis. Her strategic thinking and deep understanding of products and the market helped her transition to the role of marketplace assistant manager, where she led key projects and initiatives that fueled the company’s growth on Amazon and other marketplace platforms.
De Sa Nogueira was recently promoted to marketing and marketplace manager. She plays a key role in strengthening DutchCrafters’ brand and deepening the company’s connection with its customers. Her ability to collaborate with her team, develop strategies, and manage multiple responsibilities has made her an invaluable leader.
