LVDC Announces Upcoming Events at World Market Center

Las Vegas Design Center (LVDC) has announced three upcoming events at World Market Center Las Vegas, each designed to foster creativity, inspire discovery, and provide valuable educational opportunities for the design community.
"Outside of market, LVDC and its showrooms host programs and events that provide designers and industry professionals with the connections, resources and educational opportunities they need to be successful throughout the year,” said Cain Brodie, General Manager of Las Vegas Design Center. “LVDC is dedicated to education and bringing the local design industry together with the top design-forward home furnishings brands in Las Vegas.”

Design, Diamonds and Indulgence with Rock House Showroom
The Design, Diamonds and Indulgence event invites designers to shop an exclusive collection of Gerson & Horowitz diamonds at this pop-up event in the Rock House Showroom, A116. While shopping, attendees will learn about curated pairs of fine wines and artisanal chocolates, all in the backdrop of the new, designer showroom. This networking event runs 3 – 6 p.m., Friday, February 21, with RSVP required by Wednesday, February 19, to kmaas@centuryfurniture.com or kfernandez@centuryfurniture.com.
LVDC Showcase
Overlapping with the Kitchen and Bath Industry Show (KBIS), which runs Feb 24-27 at the Las Vegas Convention Center, designers and buyers are invited to visit LVDC for a mid-market showcase and see the latest product introductions presented during Winter Las Vegas Market, with extended show specials and hospitality from 30+ showrooms. LVDC will provide attendees with a Lyft code, granting access to complimentary transportation between the two sourcing destinations. LVDC Showrooms will be open 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. throughout the four days at World Market Center Las Vegas.
LVDC Student Career Day
On March 28, LVDC will host its annual Student Career Day, connecting design students and colleges with top interior design firms, professionals and industry associations. The 9:30 a.m. – 5 p.m. event will include a panel discussion and keynote presentation, an exploration of design-forward showrooms and trends in LVDC and access to various resources and services within the interior design and home furnishings industries.
