Coaster Upgrades Virtual Showroom Experience with Online Cart

Leading North American furniture distributer Coaster Fine Furniture has upgraded its virtual showroom experience with the addition of an online shopping cart function that offers seamless checkout and more personalized features.

Coaster’s virtual showroom, the most advanced in the industry, enables customers to explore either of the company’s Las Vegas or High Point Market showrooms from any angle in 360-degree views, in real time, 24/7, 365 days a year, simply by scanning a QR code or visiting https://www.coasterfurniture.com/.

Unveiled for the first time in High Point last fall, in this second phase of the project, current Coaster customers are now able to start their shopping experience utilizing their CCPLUS dealer account and build their shopping cart from the comfort of their own space, or while walking Coaster’s physical showroom while attending Market.

Once logged in, the shopping cart will transfer to their CCPLUS shopping cart where dealers can check inventory and submit their order as they walk the showroom, all while exploring furniture up close and interacting with the product.

Additionally, retailers and designers that don’t already have accounts with Coaster can explore and shop the product line just as they would at a major trade show, creating wish lists and applying for an account.

Coaster’s integrated shopping experience can also be called up in an instant to share with other members of a retailer’s buying or executive team to help with decision-making, and even product sales training. Red “location” dots throughout the showroom tour denote items where additional information is available, and clicking on the dots provides SKU numbers, product names, descriptions, dimensions and MSRPs.

“The new site enables buyers to plan their tour before they visit, follow up afterwards, share their discoveries with colleagues who might not have attended the show with them, and  many other services to make their experience with Coaster much more efficient and convenient,” said Marlene Vidal, Coaster Fine Furniture director of marketing. “This is an amazing tool and while we know the virtual experience will never substitute for an actual showroom experience, like our catalogs, this is another helpful tool that makes Coaster Fine Furniture a great partner for busy retailers and designers.”

Both the Las Vegas and High Point Market virtual showrooms are also accessible via the header of Coaster’s newly redesigned website https://www.coasterfurniture.com
