Hooker Furnishings Launches Regional Design Support Teams

Hooker Furnishings has launched a new Design Support Team, tailored to meet the evolving needs of the interior design community. The nationwide initiative provides designers with personalized, one-on-one assistance to navigate the company’s expansive product portfolio, streamlining the selection and purchasing process.

The Design Support Team is made up of full-time, in-house design professionals dedicated exclusively to serving trade clients. Organized regionally, this team serves as a single, comprehensive resource for interior designers, offering assistance with everything from account setup and product selection to logistics and post-delivery support.

“With an extensive product portfolio that includes case goods, custom domestic and imported upholstery, outdoor furniture as well as contract goods, we understand that navigating so many options can be overwhelming,” said Scot Kanaly, Vice President of Sales for Hooker Domestic Upholstery. “This team demonstrates our commitment to simplifying that process and helping designers focus on what they do best—creating exceptional spaces for their clients. By offering a dedicated point of contact, we’re empowering designers with a true competitive advantage.”

The initiative reaffirms Hooker Furnishings’ commitment to understanding and addressing the unique demands of today’s interior design clients. By prioritizing collaboration, the dedicated team fosters efficiency and strengthens relationships between designers and the company.

“Our goal is to make the designer’s experience seamless,” Kanaly added. “We’re not just providing products; we’re creating partnerships that make navigating our portfolio easier and more intuitive.”
