Family-owned and run for 60 years, Crown Furniture announced it is going out of business and will begin total liquidation on Jan 20.
Crown Furniture owner Blake Poltz has chosen leading furniture promotional sales specialists Planned Furniture Promotions (PFP) to ensure a smooth and successful transition as the store winds down its operations, maintaining the exceptional service and quality that have been hallmarks of the business for six decades.
“Crown Furniture has been more than a business. It’s been a family tradition and a trusted member of the community for generations,” said Tom Liddell, senior vice president of PFP. “We are committed to helping the Poltz family honor that legacy by ensuring a successful conclusion that reflects their decades of hard work and integrity.”
Crown Furniture was co-founded in 1964 by Blake’s father, Zane Poltz, and his partner, Howard France. Blake took over the family business after his father passed away in 2015. Throughout the years, the Poltz family built a reputation for quality, service, and integrity, offering a wide range of furniture and mattresses with a focus on products made in the USA.
