Abner Henry Launches Two Collections of Customizable Furniture

Abner Henry, an Ohio-based luxury furniture maker, is launching two major collections this fall that speak directly to the growing demand for customizable, American-made furniture in the luxury market.

This expansive launch features two distinctive collections that showcase the brand's commitment to architectural inspiration and unparalleled customization. The launch includes 14 new additions to the celebrated Met Facade Collection and introduces a fresh Fall/Winter 2024 collection of 13 pieces.

Met Facade Collection Expansion
Building upon its successful collaboration with The Metropolitan Museum of Art, Abner Henry has nearly doubled the Met Facade collection to 20 pieces. The expansion maintains the collection's core inspiration – the museum's iconic exterior architecture – while introducing new interpretations of its classical elements.

"We are grateful for the continued support from the Met team in our collaboration," says LaVern Hershberger. "We are excited about expanding this collection to 20 pieces this Fall and will continue to add and expand this collection further."

The collection's standout piece, the Met Pavilion Dining Table, showcases the brand's exceptional craftsmanship through complex wooden bent arches and intricate custom hand-made metal ferrules. Additional highlights include the Alcove Console and Niche Bed, which feature refined fluting details inspired by the Met's façade pillars.

Fall/Winter 2024 Collection
The new Fall/Winter 2024 collection embodies Abner Henry's motto of being "rooted in the Past, pioneering the future." Anchored by the striking Aero and Valencia pieces, the collection seamlessly blends architectural curves with contemporary functionality.

We are committed to offering distinctive, unique architectural designs for the designer market," notes LaVern. "This allows designers to curate each piece based on style and price point, enabling them to provide their clients with exceptional, one-of-a-kind, custom American-made products."

Unmatched Customization
What sets both collections apart is Abner Henry's extraordinary range of customization options. Unlike competitors using resin-poured substrates, each piece can be tailored with:

  • Over 600 wood finish options
  • 10 distinct wood species
  • More than 50 metal colors
  • Custom sizing capabilities

This level of customization empowers designers to create truly bespoke pieces that align with both their creative vision and clients' budgets.
