Bobby Jones Promoted to Vice President of Hooker Upholstery

With over four years at Hooker Furnishings and more than 13 years in the furniture industry, Jones has played a crucial role in creating successful upholstered seating collections that resonate with consumers. His innovative approach has led to the development of on-trend products and a strong selection of fabrics and leathers that align with market demands.

In his new role, Jones will report to Jeff Behmer, Executive Vice President of Merchandising for Hooker Branded.

“Bobby’s deep understanding of the market and his proven track record in the upholstered seating category will be invaluable as we continue to grow our import upholstery offerings and position our company as a more integrated whole-home and consumer-centric resource, said Behmer. “His ability to anticipate market trends and deliver products that resonate with consumers is remarkable and we are looking forward to his continued impact on the success of Hooker Furnishings.”

Jones earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration, management and operations from the University of Alabama and has built a distinguished career with more than 13 years of experience in the furniture industry, including key merchandising leadership roles at Klausner Furniture.
