MLILY USA Adds Sales Positions for Continued Growth

MLILY USA’s continued growth has led to two additions for the sales team that is focused on elevating the brand and its service levels for retailer partners nationwide.

Industry sales veteran Diana Genshock has been named to the newly created role of national account sales manager, and Joe Summers has been hired as sales director for the Southwest territory.

Genshock brings more than 20 years of experience in sales to her new role, where she will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining relationships with national retail accounts, ensuring they meet their sales targets and business objectives.

This includes managing key partnerships with large retail chains and big box organizations. She has a proven track record in both sales and new distribution acquisition, as well as expertise in business development, operations and management. She holds an MBA from the graduate school of management at Kent State University.

“Diana’s expertise is a great asset for us as we continue growing our national partnerships,” said Kyle Robertson, MLILY COO. “She understands the detailed attention these accounts require, and we are excited for the perspective she brings to strengthen our relationships with key retail partners. Summers joins MLILY with a strong background in retail sales, business development and relationship-building. His career includes sales leadership roles where he exceeded sales goals and managed complex sales processes in various industries. As a former Division 1 football player, he is passionate about building teams and strong organizational structure. He strives to use his leadership and industry experience to support retailers for long-term success.
