Hooker Furnishings is set to unveil "Collected Living by HF" at the Fall 2024 High Point Market, marking a pivotal step in the company’s strategic transformation of its Legacy brands. This initiative signals a fresh direction, positioning Hooker Furnishings as a comprehensive, whole-home solution, offering a seamless and immersive lifestyle experience. By bringing together the best from Bradington-Young, Hooker Furniture, HF Custom, M, Sunset West, and BOBO Intriguing Objects, the brand is poised to deliver a more consumer-centric approach.
Central to this new vision is the Al Fresco lifestyle, where luxury meets tranquility, making everyday living feel like a retreat. The debut will feature two captivating vignettes, Al Fresco Coastal and Al Fresco Lakeside, showcasing an integrated blend of case goods, outdoor furnishings, upholstery, and decor designed to evoke a sense of calm and sophistication.
“We are looking forward to showcasing the remarkable talent of our team of merchants this fall with the launch of the first of many lifestyles to come: Al Fresco,” CCO Caroline Hipple said. “By pulling together the strengths of each of our divisions into coordinated, on-trend presentations with trend-forward design and color work, our goal is to make it simple and fun for our customers to solve design challenges through a more experiential and emotive presentation of our products.”
Highlights of the Collected Living by HF: Alfresco Lifestyle, include:
The Alfresco Lifestyle: Home is more than just a dwelling—it’s a sanctuary, a place where the pressures of life melt away, and the feeling of being on vacation is brought into everyday living. It’s where the open air flows in, and every return home feels like the start of a much-needed retreat. Whether it's the cool ocean breeze blowing through your living room or spending leisurely time on a sun-soaked porch swing by the lake, the Al Fresco lifestyle ensures that the comfort and relaxation of a getaway are part of your daily life.
Al Fresco Coastal: Imagine a space where the light dances on soft blue hues, where the calm of the ocean is reflected in every corner of your home and where you can indulge in the refined elegance of a high-end luxury resort. Natural textures like rope, driftwood, and wicker combine with sophisticated finishes and nautical touches to create a space that feels both relaxed and elegant. Whether you’re near the ocean or miles away, Al Fresco Coastal transforms your home into a perpetual getaway, offering the casual comfort and tranquility of a world-class retreat.
Al Fresco Lakeside: For those drawn to the serene charm of a lakeside setting, the Al Fresco lifestyle also embraces warmer hues, reminiscent of the lush landscape surrounding a quiet lake. Picture a home where earthy tones and natural textures create a seamless blend between the indoors and outdoors. Bleached and natural oak finishes pair with pale wood tones like driftwood and sun-faded teak to evoke a sense of calm and comfort. A refuge, a place to recharge and reconnect with nature, Al Fresco Lakeside offers the same peace and relaxation that comes from a day spent on the dock or gathered around a cozy bonfire.
In addition to the new merchandising strategy, the company is also enhancing its domestic custom upholstery offering with a new textile program featuring an assortment of 150 fabrics and 30 leathers available across the company’s Bradington-Young, HF Custom, and M brands. Called the “Hooker Furnishings Domestic Upholstery Signature Collection,” the program streamlines the custom-upholstery buying and designing process by offering a unified fabric line across its three domestic upholstery brands.
Designed to immerse buyers into a curated space that stimulates all five senses, the Alfresco Lifestyle will be on display in the company’s Showplace showroom at the Fall 2024 High Point Market, located on the third floor of Showplace.
