As Paramount Sleep Company continues to expand its reach, the company has promoted two associates to new positions in sales and marketing and added an intern to support growth.
Raven Natividad has been named the new sales representative for Southern Virginia. She previously served as client relations specialist/marketing & sales coordinator. In her new role, Natividad will focus on providing customers in the region with more tailored and immediate representation while also working to expand Paramount’s total mattress business in Southern Virginia.
“Raven has proven herself to be a natural in sales and has taken inside sales to the highest level the company has seen over the last five years. She is also receiving extremely positive feedback from the retail, designer, and hospitality community,” said Steven Maddox, director of sales.
Filling Natividad’s former role, Dave Asuigui has been promoted to marketing & graphic design representative. Previously serving as a graphic designer, Asuigui will develop and produce marketing materials in all media formats, provide digital marketing support, and assist the sales team.
Paramount has also hired Ashley Fan as its marketing and sales support intern to assist and collaborate in the areas of content creation, rebranding and customer interactions. A 2024 graduate of the University of Virginia, Fan is also a member of the Fellows Initiative, a network of Christian leadership and vocational development programs for recent college graduates.
“We’re proud of the contributions that Dave and Raven have made to Paramount’s growth and their promotions are well deserved. We’re also excited to have Ashley join us to begin her career journey. It is in Paramount’s ethos to cultivate servant leadership,” said President Richard Fleck.
