“For decades, Andy’s dedication and passion for the lighting industry has been inspiring to witness,” said Cindy Morris, president and CEO of Dallas Market Center. “His commitment to quality and innovation truly sets him apart as an industry leader.”

Sharon Davis, executive director of ART, added: “It’s an honor to present the Academy of Achievement to someone who has transformed the lighting industry through his visionary leadership and dedication to design excellence.”

Andy Singer founded Visual Comfort & Co. in 1987 after spending 10 years in the lighting industry as a manufacturer’s representative. Throughout the years, the Visual Comfort & Co. portfolio of collections has continued to grow to offer more lighting resources across all categories and price points.

Under Singer’s leadership, Visual Comfort has flourished through partnerships with acclaimed designers, becoming a leading source for decorative and architectural lighting.
