"Loom to Living Room" in Eliko Rugs Showroom @ HPMKT

Interior designer and media personality Anne-Marie Barton presents Loom to Living Room: Creation of a Bespoke Rug Collection out of India to kick off the launch of her licensed luxury rug collection with Eliko Rugs by David Ariel, in the brand’s High Point Market showroom located at 108 S. Lindsay St., on Oct. 27, beginning at 6pm.
During the in-showroom presentation, Barton will take guests behind the scenes of the rug design process in a compelling recap of her travels abroad and the craftspeople she encountered along the way.
She will additionally make the case for investing in quality, hand loomed area rugs for interiors, and why to consider natural fibers like cashmere and mohair. Sharing insights from her 30 years of experience working on high-end residential projects, the presentation includes the seasoned designer’s best tips for mastering the mix of floor coverings throughout the home.
At 6:30, guests are invited to meet Anne-Marie Barton, mingle with industry influencers and shop the collection while enjoying live music and hospitality in the freestanding showroom. This event is open to interior design professionals with an RSVP.
