Symphony Sleep® continues to deliver on its promise to help retailers succeed as it creates a comprehensive library of sales training and product assembly videos available to all retail partners at no cost.
Symphony Sleep president John Schulte says the goal is to provide high-value content to retail sales associates that they can easily access to develop their knowledge, technique and confidence to sell Symphony Sleep adjustable bases and accessories.
“We know for the RSA to be successful in closing sales they need to be educated on the products, comfortable with their selling story and be consistent in their messaging,” said Schulte. “Since retailers are limited in resources and time for continual and effective training, we are doing our part to help fill that gap. Our instructional sales videos can be a go-to resource for giving RSA’s the information and selling strategies to help them close more sales, more often.”
Inside the Symphony Sleep marketing vault, retailers will find 20 videos in two groups -- one for sales and product education, the other for step-by-step assembly demonstration of adjustable bases and accessories. One of the most important videos in the vault offers training on how to present the elevated sleep story, a key differentiator for Symphony Sleep that can provide real health benefits to the end-consumer.
With a unique lineup of accessories, each offering a compelling add-on story, the videos are also an engaging way to help retail sales associates remember each of the products and how they are compatible and easily installed to the adjustable bases. Schulte emphasized that this is an important and easy way to grow the sales ticket.
Each training video is expertly led by Gerald Steinbaum, industry veteran and Symphony Sleep key account manager whose primary responsibility is providing large retailers with comprehensive service, sales, and product education.
