Serta Simmons Announces Tim Yaggi to Board of Directors

Yaggi joins the Board of Directors with more than 35 years of experience in the consumer durables space, and currently serves as the President and CEO of Pella Corporation, an industry leader in the North American building products market with more than 11,000 associates.

Under his leadership, Pella achieved rapid growth through organic market share gains driven by product innovation, distribution expansion and strategic acquisitions. Prior to joining Pella, Yaggi served as the Chief Operating Officer and Interim CEO at Tempur Sealy International, Inc., where he played a key leadership role in the acquisition and successful integration of Sealy Corporation by Tempur-Pedic.

Yaggi earned his undergraduate degree from Princeton University and holds an MBA from Michigan State University. He serves on the Board of Directors of the National Association of Manufacturers (NAM) and the Policy Advisory Board of the Harvard Joint Center for Housing Studies.
