Luxury mattress manufacturer King Koil (Space B1200) continues to build on the popularity of its split head mattress options with the latest iteration of its innovative iBed series with new hybrid at the Summer Las Vegas Market this weekend.
King Koil’s adjustable-friendly iBed collection quickly gained popularity by combining enhanced cooling comfort technologies with pressure-relieving comfort that conforms to the body’s curves. The mattresses offered a luxurious combination of the company’s Signature Ultra HD Plush Foam with graphite-infused Talalay Latex to help wick away moisture and heat for an optimal sleeping temperature, and more than 900 supportive encased coils with edge-to-edge support.
In Las Vegas, the company will unveil six new models in a revamped collection. Three are foam construction, featuring HypurGel™ and HyperGraph™ foams. Three full-wrap hybrids incorporate pocketed spring coils and latex along with the fast-recovery, high-performance foams.
“Visually, all six beds feature the same luxe black cover and a very contemporary look,” said David Long, executive vice president of innovation and marketing, “but the construction is designed to give retailers a choice of price points ranging from $1,499 to $1,999 in queen, along with a very discernable difference in feels to give their customers reason to step-up.”
All six models in the iBed line-up include split-head options.
According to CEO David Binke, King Koil excels in the ultra-premium split-head category and features them in a number of its best-selling collections, including SmartLife by King Koil and PureBliss.
“It’s no secret that we’ve been extremely successful with split-head kings in the SmartLife program, and we continue to move quickly to add the split-head option across our offerings. Split-heads are a major emphasis because our retail partners see the value and their customers in the ultra-premium segments desire a more personalized sleep experience,” he said.
