Purecare Introduces Eco-Conscious Studio City Collection

Purecare, the leader of wellness-focused bedding essentials, is inviting retailers to preview and provide input on a new concept collection of fashion-forward, eco-conscious bedding called Studio City®, made with a focus on recycled fibers and aimed at the younger, trendsetting consumer.

Finding repeated success with their collaborative approach to new product development and strategy, Purecare welcomes Las Vegas Market buyers, July 28-Aug 1, to a showroom experience that immerses them in Studio City’s retro modern colors, patterns and vibe inspired by chic brands such as Urban Outfitters, Wayfair and CB2. Studio City has a sustainability story and affordable price points for the younger, trendsetting consumer drawn to fashionable looks and colors while also focusing on sustainable products.

“Collaboration with our retailers is at the heart of our product development process,” stated Sarah Bergman, CMO and senior vice president of product development for Purecare.

“It’s vital to our mutual success to truly listen and learn from retailers about what their market needs and wants because today, it takes more time and money to get the customer in the door and close the sale. Studio City was created with that in mind, providing healthy margins with a quality product that fills an important price gap for a key demographic.”

Vibrant colorways and punchy patterns will get eyes on this new comprehensive bedding collection, which includes sheets, comforters, coverlets, pillows, mattress protectors, throws, and decorative pillows. With a competitive retail price range of $49 for the decorative pillows up to $200 for the three-piece recycled poly cotton puff comforter set, the collection fills the price gap that meets the first-time home buyers and young professionals.

“This critical target market has tremendous spending power, boosting the economy with over $320 billion in retail sales in 2023,” noted Bergman. “We’ve designed the Studio City line to appeal to their unique sense of self-expression while focusing on quality, affordability, and sustainability—three crucial purchasing factors for this consumer segment.”

Featuring Wavy Checkers, Retro Sways, Funky Floral and Bubble Tuft, Studio City appeals to a diverse, young adult crowd that also values its sustainability story. Each Studio City product is designed using recycled polyester or recycled cotton made from plastic and textile waste and certified by either Recycled Claim Standard or Global Recycled Standard. Purecare partnered with renowned Repreve® for the recycled polyester fill made from plastic bottle waste for the pillows.

Purecare is located at C-1595 at the Las Vegas Market.
