Shifman Expands Sales Team with Director of National Accounts

Shifman has expanded its sales team with the appointment of industry veteran Adam Fain as director of national accounts to support the brand’s growth opportunities and greater focus on sustainability.
In his new role, Fain manages Shifman’s larger retail partnerships and is responsible for driving sales training, communications and implementation of advertising initiatives for these accounts. He will also approach new business within the national segment. Fain reports to James Berry, Shifman’s national sales director.
With almost 20 years of bedding industry experience, Fain brings to Shifman a proven record of sales leadership and growing brands within high impact markets for organizations. He also has a strong background in sustainable high-end mattresses, most recently serving as vice president of wholesale for Cariloha Inc., a sustainable luxury bedding supplier to home interior, contract and hospitality segments.
Prior to that, he served in key sales and marketing roles at Sleep Squad, Bedgear and Serta Simmons with demonstrated success in generating significant growth in his territories and fostering strategic partnerships.
Fain will be at the upcoming Las Vegas Market starting July 27 and is eager to meet and support visitors interested in learning more about Shifman Mattresses in showroom C-1554.
