S.N. Joshi & Sons Opens Ashley HomeStore in Kathmandu, Nepal

Joshi & Sons leadership and employees.

This is the first Ashley Furniture HomeStore opening for S.N. Joshi & Sons and marks the first HomeStore to open in the country of Nepal.

The Kathmandu store will employ approximately 15 people. Ashley Furniture HomeStore, one of the world’s best-selling home furnishing brands, has more than 1,125 locations worldwide.

“Ashley is known for its quality and wide range of products, raising the standards for other furniture stores in the country,” stated Mr. Sudarshan Narayan Joshi, Chairman S.N. Joshi & Son Co. Pvt. The store’s interior architectural design includes 25 room settings with unique finishes. The showroom features complete lifestyle vignettes, down to the final detail of lighting, rugs and wall art. Product categories include bedroom, dining room, upholstery, leather, occasional tables, home office, youth bedroom, recliners, mattresses and accessories. Technology enhances the environment, incorporating various elements to improve the customer shopping experience.
