Ashley Opens Sixth Retail Store in Utah with Ribbon-Cutting

Ashley, the largest furniture store brand in North America, will open its newest retail store on April 20, in Riverdale, Utah. The new 44,163 sq. ft. showroom is located at 4060 Riverdale Rd in Riverdale and will be Ashley’s sixth store in the state of Utah.
Ashley marked the occasion on April 12, with a formal ribbon-cutting ceremony attended by the Chamber of Commerce, Riverdale Mayor Braden Mitchell, and more. As a continuation of the celebration, Ashley will host a Grand Opening event on April 20, at the new location from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. MDT.
The open-to-the-public event will feature photo moments, a live DJ, face painting, light refreshments from local vendors, gift bags, workshops, and highly coveted giveaway prizes drawn every hour. The first 50 guests in line will receive a free pair of Bose Headphones and one lucky winner will receive the Grand Prize item: a RadRunner 2 Electric Utility Bike.
Workshops will include a create-your-own coffee station, a build-your-own sugar scrubs bar with Kore Herbals, and a customizable bath bomb station with Lit, Lather, and Lore.

As part of Ashley’s Beyond Home Promise, the brand’s initiative to make a positive impact in the communities it serves, the Riverdale store is proud to announce a donation of 40 beds to children in need within the community. This philanthropic effort was made possible through Ashley’s partnership with Hope to Dream, a non-profit organization that believes every child should have a good night's sleep, and Sleep in Heavenly Peace, a non-profit organization that builds and delivers beds to children. This donation is one of many ways Ashley gives back to its local communities.
The store’s interior layout includes the newest Ashley 7.0 store concept with a simplified, bright, and open floor plan, and fresh construction elements. Customers can experience Ashley’s new mattress gallery featuring Ashley Sleep®, Tempur-Pedic®, and Purple® mattresses. The showroom features complete lifestyle vignettes, down to the final detail of lighting, rugs, and wall art. Product categories include bedroom, dining room, upholstery, leather, occasional tables, home office, youth bedroom, recliners, mattresses, and accessories.
The Riverdale store will employ approximately 18 people. Store hours of operation will be Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m., Saturday from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m., and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. MDT.
