Studio Woven Announces the Opening of London Showroom

Nearly three years ago, Studio Woven embarked on a special project.
The Company found a large and cavernous space at the edge of Pimlico Road in London that was in serious disrepair. The space was dark but there was an allure to the space that made them want to call it the Woven UK home. Without knowing much of what was behind the maze of walls, Woven’s team started to undertake the project.
The next few years would be a lesson in the art of undoing. navigating the renovation meant removing rather than adding. The undoing led to some amazing discoveries, like wood cobble stones that were used in the 19th century across London.
Being intentional with the process took extra time and work, but as the light started to creep into the formerly dark space, it was evident it would be the perfect place to lay the Company’s rugs and make it home.
The new Pimlico showroom is over 5000 miles away from Woven’s Los Angeles beginnings, but the UK space couldn't feel more like home.
