WithIt Announces Panel Discussion Focusing on Women in Business

Held on \ April 14 from 7:30-9 a.m., “When She Leads: The Impact of Women on Business” will feature four women who are leaders in the home and furnishings industry as they discuss different segments of the industry, including retail, manufacturing, lighting and interior design.
Sheila O’Mara with Furniture Today will moderate the panel, which will feature Bailee Nebeker, co-owner of American Homestead Furniture and Wallaroo’s Furniture and Mattress; Carla Regina, co-founder and CCO of Regina Andrew; and Joni Burden, president and owner of J Banks Design.
“I’m honored to be part of the panel,” said Carla Regina. “I look forward to sharing our company’s journey into the home furnishings market.”
Attendees of the breakfast will be treated to a hot breakfast and networking opportunities in addition to the discussion on women in leadership roles in the business. The event is $30 for members of WithIt and $40 for guests.
“This event is not just a panel discussion, it's a celebration and acknowledgment of the formidable influence and leadership of women in the home furnishings industry,” says Tori Evans, CRO of Semi Exact and the 2024 President of WithIt.
“We are bringing together some of the most innovative and inspiring female leaders with multiple perspectives to share their journeys, challenges, and victories. Our goal is to foster a dialogue that not only highlights the significant impact of women in business but also empowers and motivates others to enact positive change in their organizations and communities.”

WithIt is a women’s leadership development network for the home furnishings industry boasting over 500 members and dozens of networking and education events throughout the year.
