Shoppe Object Returns to HPMKT for Second Show in Market Square

Shoppe Object is proud to announce its highly anticipated return to High Point Market, with its second installment set to open on April 12th, and run through April 16th on the sun-filled third floor of Historic Market Square.

Building upon the success of the inaugural High Point show in October 2023, Shoppe Object returns to its permanent home in North Carolina with a curated lineup of nearly 100 design-driven brands focused on the home space. This second edition of Shoppe Object – High Point promises to continue the celebration of creativity and design.

Favorites from the previous show are set to make a return to Shoppe Object – High Point for the sophomore edition, including Ameico, Chilewich, Lonesome Pictopia, Mud Australia, MQuan Studio, Moore and Giles, Pablo Designs, Serax, and Sir Madam, alongside a host of beautiful, innovative, and well-made newcomers. Among the first-time exhibitors are Be Home, Bergs Potter, Christian Rathbone, Duo Luto, Zuahaza, Printworks, Studio Touya, Trovelore, and African Jacquard, each bringing fresh perspectives and unique products to the show. All exhibiting brands are viewable and purchasable on Shoppe Online, the Shoppe Object digital platform.

A highlight of this year's event is Shoppe Object’s curated selection of potters from Seagrove, North Carolina. This captivating showcase will pay homage to the timeless craft of hand-thrown pottery that has existed for over a century in the rural community of Seagrove, which features the largest collection of working potters in the country.

Attendees will have the rare opportunity to immerse themselves in the artistry of meticulously crafted pieces from 8 select potters, curated from the extensive repertoire of over 100 pottery studios nestled in the charming enclave, with a special focus on wood-fired work. Exhibitors and buyers are invited to a complimentary breakfast each morning of the show, starting on April 12th, as well as a free cocktail hour each evening throughout.

The Shoppe Café will be open for the duration, offering healthy lunch options for sale. Other events currently in development include an opening night party, and other on-site activations. Visit the Shoppe Object High Point page for details on the full programming during the show here.

"We’re excited to dive into Shoppe Object’s second edition of our permanent showcase at High Point Market," said Jesse James, founder and director of Shoppe Object. "Our High Point launch last October introduced attendees to the unique, sun-filled space we have brought to life on the top floor of the historic Market Square factory building, and we’re thrilled to share this season’s lineup of favorite brands and new additions.”

“Following up on our biggest NYC show to date, we’re happy to see High Point continue to grow and inspire the retail and design community we’re thrilled to be a part of it, bringing a new community of stellar brands and artisans into the fold.”

For Spring 2024, Shoppe Object – High Point will open on April 12, allowing buyers and exhibitors to connect one day before High Point Market’s official opening day. The show will run for four days, closing on April 16. For more information and to register for the event, www.shoppeobject.com. Explore the Historic Market Square: shoppeobject.com/high-point
