He steps into the role previously held by Mark Kinsley, who will transition into an advisory role, continuing to lend his expertise to Englander's strategic direction.
Martin's extensive background in the mattress industry includes significant roles at Bedgear, Casper, and Tempur Sealy International, where he demonstrated exceptional ability in sales leadership, market strategy development, and team growth. His strategic approach and dedication to fostering strong relationships have been instrumental in his success, making him an invaluable asset to Englander as the company continues to innovate and grow in the sleep products market.
