WithIt Announces 2024 WOW Award Winners Ahead of Gala

WithIt, the women’s leadership development network for the home and furnishings industry, announces the recipients of the 2024 WOW Awards.
WithIt is proud of this year’s distinguished nominees. The annual WOW Awards honor the achievements of home furnishings professionals that embody the organization's mission.
A panel of four judges scored the application packages and recommendations submitted by the nominees. The 2024 WOW Award recipients are:
VISIONARY AWARD: Barbara Bradford, Visionary Sleep
LEADERSHIP AWARD: Sarah Galimidi, Macy’s
FUTURE LEADER AWARD: Jenny Cano, IDS
MENTORING AWARD: Bill Creekmuir, Pinnacle Search Partners
SALES EXCELLENCE AWARD: Karen Glass, Hooker Furnishings
As part of the gala, WithIt will honor all final nominees for these prestigious awards: Ann Reynolds, Valdese Weavers; Kimberly Joi McDonald, Designing JOI LLC; Courtney Panther, Sleep Number; Hillary Frank, J.B. Hunt Final Mile; Debbie Otten, Dorel, Inc.; Sylvia Curtis, Norwalk Furniture; and Jill Mainwaring, Global Views.
