Talents and Dedication of Sales Employees Recognized with Promotions

Luxury bedding leader E.S. Kluft & Company announced key promotions within its sales team, recognizing the exceptional talents and dedication of its employees.
Newly promoted are Sonny Zymali, promoted to the position of vice president of sales, East region; Alfredo Rodriguez, promoted to the role of sales manager, West region; and Joe Baker, promoted to the position of key account manager.
“With these promotions we are recognizing the exceptional contributions and commitments made by Sonny Zymali, Alfredo Rodriguez, and Joe Baker to our company,” said Jon Stowe, managing director of E.S. Kluft & Company.
“These strategic moves not only acknowledge the accomplishments of our talented team members but also fortify the sales structure to propel E.S. Kluft’s growth in the future.”
Zymali brings with him 11 years of experience in the bedding industry, having worked on both the manufacturer and vendor sides. Prior to joining E.S. Kluft & Company, he served as a strategic account manager at Serta Simmons Bedding and as sales executive at Elite Comfort Solutions, showcasing a strong background in sales strategy and management.
Zymali joined E.S. Kluft in 2018 as key account manager and most recently held the position of sales manager before his current promotion to vice president of sales, East region.
With 18 years of sales experience in the bedding industry, Rodriguez has proven his skills and leadership by growing key accounts across multiple territories. He joined E.S. Kluft in 2020 and held the position of key account manager before his current promotion to sales manager, West region. His prior role as a senior field sales representative at Serta Simmons Bedding demonstrated his ability to drive results and contribute to the company's success.
Baker, with 11 years of experience in the bedding industry, has showcased his proficiency on both the manufacturer and vendor sides. Prior to E.S. Kluft & Company, he held sales positions at Tempur Sealy International and Muller Textiles. Baker joined E.S. Kluft in 2021 as key account representative and most recently held the position territory manager before his current promotion to key account manager.
Chad Megard will continue to serve as the executive vice president of sales for the company, reporting directly to Jon Stowe. Reporting to Megard are Brett Swygman, senior vice president of Sales, West Region; Russ Gulla, vice president of sales, national accounts; and Zymali, vice president of sales, East Region. Rodriguez and Baker will report to Swygman.
