Elements Sleep Announces Partnership with Bedding Producer

Elements Sleep, a subsidiary company of furniture importer, Elements International, announced that it has agreed to enter a manufacturing partnership with Artaban Group, a Mexican based bedding producer.
This partnership will expand Artaban Group’s operational reach while enhancing Elements Sleep’s manufacturing capabilities and capacity in the USA. With recent import positions putting over a billion dollars annually in import bedding at risk, the import bedding market has started to shift dramatically.
Founded in 1991, Artaban Group, hosts an impressive roster of mattress industry veterans and is a leading bedding manufacturer in Mexico with a state-of-the-art production facility.
“Our vertically integrated supply chain has allowed us unprecedented speed to market. Where other manufactures take 60-90 days, we can have new products shipped within 30 days. Pouring foam, making pocket coils, continuous wire innersprings, and FR fiber along with having a proficient cut-and-sew department gives us a competitive advantage,” stated Artaban Group’s CEO Alejandro Rodriguez Jr.

The collaboration between Elements Sleep and Artaban Group will be a powerhouse partnership showcasing the supply chain and manufacturing expertise of the Artaban Group team while leveraging the marketing, sales force, and proprietary ButterflyGel™ technology of the Elements Sleep infrastructure.

Elements Sleep’s newly designed High Point showroom, 411 S. Main Street, will feature new mattresses manufactured by the Artaban Group production facility showing their full manufacturing capabilities.
