Copeland Furniture Enters Upholstered Seating Category at HPMKT

Copeland Furniture is stepping into the upholstered seating category with the launch of its Sierra Seating and Occasionals Collection at the upcoming High Point Market.
While continuing to uphold its reputation for excellent wood craftsmanship and joinery, the Vermont-based manufacturer is extending its scope to include wood-framed living room seating, a move that aligns with its long-term vision as a whole-home brand.
“We’ve manufactured living room occasional for years,” said Ben Copeland, director of sales and marketing. “As our capabilities in upholstered dining and bedroom furniture have developed, we’ve begun to perceive an unserved niche for well crafted, wood-forward living room seating designs.”
Sierra seating options include accent chairs, loveseats and sofas that are complemented by an assortment of coordinated occasional tables. “Given our increasingly diverse skill set, we see an opportunity to offer a uniquely cohesive living room collection with key design elements mirrored across seating and occasionals.”
All items will be offered in solid Oak, Cherry, and Walnut and will be available in Copeland’s standard ring of fabrics as well as in Sunbrella and COM. The new collection will be introduced at Fall High Point Market which runs from Oct. 14-18 and can be seen in the Copeland Furniture showroom located at Showplace-5100, Floor 5.
