Classic Home Partners with Intiaro for Product Visualization

Whole home furniture resource Classic Home has partnered with leading 3D technology provider Intiaro to embark on the company’s digital transformation beginning with advanced technology for product visualization and configuration.

Beginning with a selection of configurable products, Classic Home will offer its sales teams and customer base of interior designers and dealers exclusive access to new 3D tools to help them visualize all possible variations of the products.

This first phase of implementing the tools enables configurable 360-degree product spin, real-time swatch image rendering, and integration with a shopping cart.

Isu Sahai, Classic Home Sr. Vice President of Information Technology, said, “Intiaro has proven technology for us to fast track on the path of digital transformation. They have ramped up fast to meet our immediate aggressive timelines and identified partners to establish the foundation for a robust cutting edge based digital platform that powers our go to market strategy.”

Matt Sorensen, Sr. vice president of sales, added, “We are excited to partner with a leading 3D visualization and configurator such as Intiaro. As we continue our product expansion into fully customized soft goods with different options in Leather and Fabric we wanted to partner with the best.”

“We feel with what they can offer in the 3D visualization matches up to our company standard and gives us the best look and feel to display our items online.”

When it comes to selling customizable or configurable products, the ability to show the customer how the product will look when it is delivered is becoming an essential to better closing rates for sales and interior design professionals, said Michal Stachowski, Co-founder and Chief Visual Officer at Intiaro.

“We have clear and convincing evidence that providing a quality visual before a customized order is finalized, increases customer confidence and satisfaction while significantly reducing errors and returns,” he said.

For Classic Home, the new 3D configurator powers its go-to market strategy and efficiency, providing clear advantages for the investment over time.

“Working with Classic Home’s IT team is unique because in most cases we work with sales and marketing teams. It’s great to have IT’s forward-thinking perspective to consider all the possibilities and advantages of using 3D and how it can help grow their business,” said Stachowski.

The next phases of this digital transformation include more features to enhance user experience and sales process, including augmented reality; integrations with product information and content management; and 3D asset generation for interior designers.
