BIA Introduces Eclipse Curve Series at Summer Las Vegas Market

Mattress manufacturer Bedding Industries of America (BIA) will introduce The Eclipse Curve Series, the newest collection of its Eclipse brand, to promote its new advanced pressure relieving components and a patent-pending core that has been designed to work extremely well with adjustable bases.

The series, which will be unveiled at the Summer Las Vegas Market, includes three models: Relieve, Relax, and Rest. The three models have been manufactured with surface modified, high density visco foams that conforms to the human body and features a unique, heavy weight, stretch-knit cover that provides increased flexibility, air flow and comfort.

Eclipse’s patent pending CurveCore™ more easily contours to the adjustable base’s shape without sacrificing the support of the mattress. Each model in the collection features a four-pound gel infused visco top layer that is ventilated and surface-infused with a PCM to keep the sleeper cooler at night.

Copper infused and other five-pound viscos provides advance pressure relief, antimicrobial properties and is moisture-wicking to prevent heat from trapping within the mattresses.

“We were looking for the right product line capable of providing all the benefits of our high technology foams in both flat positions as well as the various positions an adjustable base offers,” said Stuart Carlitz, CEO of BIA.

“These foams incorporate all the latest cooling and pressure relieving technologies, and our patented core should be a game changer for the high-end consumer who gravitates toward adjustable bases. With the Curve series, we were able to craft a premium mattress with increased flexibility so there is no resistance once the adjustable base is put in motion,”

Carlitz continued, “Its unique design provides an unparalleled comfort and relaxation in any position that we are anticipating retailers and their customers will enjoy.”

This collection, like many of BIA’s other product offerings, can be roll-packed and shipped via UPS from any of BIA’s manufacturing facilities.

The Curve collection retails from $1,999 to $3,299 in queen and is available in plush soft, cushion firm, and luxury firm comfort levels. The collection is set to debut at BIA’s Las Vegas showroom in B-1118 at the World Market Center.
