Spring Air Heads to Las Vegas with Expanded Grand Hybrid Collection

Top 20 U.S. bedding manufacturer Spring Air International is heading to Las Vegas Market with an expansion of its best-selling Grand Hybrid collection, adding five new beds this summer, including three with all-foam cores.

With suggested retails from $999 to $2,199, mattresses in the Grand Hybrid collection feature modern waterfall cover designs, cooling benefits and five beds with 800-plus coil count units with tri-zone support, and Hypersoft Visco foam mixed with Serene foam for superior comfort with a luxurious feel.

“Grand Hybrid was named ‘Most Comfortable Mattress in Las Vegas,’ last January by Bedhead Marketing,” said Nick Bates, president of Spring Air International, “Our dealers agreed with the assessment. They have asked us for expanded options for their floors and we’ll deliver those this summer.”

Among the new beds in the collection this summer are three foam beds that can be roll packed for omnichannel dealers, the first ever all-foam product to carry the Spring Air brand name.

Since its introduction, “the Grand Hybrid collection has caught the imagination of dealers thanks to smooth tops and sleek profiles designed to turn heads on the salesfloor, and because they feel as great as they look,” Bates said.

“But the fact is that retailers are asking us to expand the collection because they are also enjoying significantly better margins selling Spring Air hybrids over competing hybrid models.”

Bates attributes this to Spring Air’s continued emphasis on licensee development, as well as best in class product/branding. “Our hard work has paid off and Spring Air is one of few licensed mattress brands to achieve national coverage,” he said.

“Now that we’ve got a strong network in place, and our infrastructure has been built, we’re building sales momentum. Our message to dealers in Vegas this summer is really quite simple: ‘The table has been set and now it’s time to eat.’”
