Hickory Chair Partners with Intiaro to Debut New 3D Visualizer

Furniture brand Hickory Chair partnered with 3D technology provider Intiaro to debut its 3D visualizer and configurator during the recent High Point Market.

In a project that began with modeling one of its most iconic upholstery lines, Hickory Chair launched the Intiaro-powered 3D configurator on its website with the iconic Jules sofa and chair. Those items are also featured on DB3D, a multi-brand platform for sales and design professionals.

Hickory Chair plans to add case goods and other upholstery programs to the configurator tool over time. The next launch of products on the 3D configurator is expected for fall High Point Market along with the unveiling of its new showroom at 200 N. Hamilton, according to company officials.

Laura Holland, vice president of marketing for Hickory Chair, said, "Working with the talented team at Intiaro this year has been a great experience. They are very professional and have been able to create products for our website that allow guests to visualize them with not only their configurable features and options, but also communicate the quality of our products.”

“For our clientele, being able to visualize the various options such as arms, bases, finishes and covers, creates confidence, and confidence generates sales for both the designer and for Hickory Chair."

Hickory Chair is the second of the Rock House Farm Family of Brands to work with Intiaro in order to provide cutting-edge technology tools for their designer-focused customers. Century Furniture launched its 3D configurator last spring 2022
