Step-Up.Today Announces AI Assistant Specialized for Industry

step-up.today announces its first AI assistant in the  industry as part of its SaaS platform Chorus, which includes mobile sales and leads applications, a ticketing system, and a CRM that are specialized to the furniture and home furnishing industry. The company is determined to support  an industry inured to overworking with better tools.

“Your  digital tools should work for you; you should not work for  your digital tools,” Eduard Muresan, one of Step-up Today founders said.

“We’re releasing a new feature powered by OpenAI to enable our customers to generate marketing content  about their products. Essentially, all you need to do is click a  button to get a 1-2 paragraph product and a five-bullet point list about the product based solely on images and product data such as dimensions and material,” said Muresan.

The  company believes this will enable furniture wholesalers to automate their marketing campaigns. As the furniture industry continues to evolve and shift towards e-commerce, customer support has become an increasingly critical component of a successful business. With this in mind, Step-up.Today has introduced a feature to help furniture wholesalers handle customer support more efficiently and effectively.

“The second feature is a customer support integration that will give business users the ability to click a button to generate customer emails on discrete topics like invoice overdue, customer statement issues and payment deadlines,” added Muresan, highlighting the fact that this will eliminate delays in communications caused by time crunch.

This feature may also prove useful during market time when wholesalers rely on temporary help that isn’t always trained in all aspects of the business. Chorus was already helping wholesalers automate perfunctory, repetitive tasks but this will take things to another level.

“You can always track workflows with any of our applications so no need to worry about not keeping tabs on who sent an email to a client,” Muresan added.

Attendees at High Point Market will have the opportunity to connect with Muresan and get a demo of the new Chorus innovative solution to our clients and believe it’s a significant step forward in the digitalization of the furniture and home furnishings industry,” Muresan said.

He encourages  wholesale vendors of all sizes to reach out.
