Seasonal Living® Will Debut 3D Visualization Tool by Intiaro

At the upcoming High Point Market, outdoor furniture brand Seasonal Living® will debut 3D visualization and configurator tool powered by Intiaro.

The 360 Advanced Configurator will be featured in Seasonal Living’s showroom in IHFC, Interhall 405, modeling four outdoor-indoor sectionals from the company’s fully upholstered deep-seating Fizz collection and allowing users to customize product from nearly 100 fabric options.

The configurator will go live on the Seasonal Living website (www.seasonalliving.com) at the end of the month. Additional customization features are planned such as options in bases, legs and contrasting pillows.

As part of its strategy to enhance technology tools and support services, the company’s primary goal with the new configurator is to provide user-centric benefits to its direct customers, which include time savings, increased customer confidence, and drastically reduced costly errors.

Additional benefits include detailed 3D models that can be imported into a space planner or presentation board, which facilitate decision-making and a quicker closing rate. Primary users of 360 Advanced Configurator are high-end design retailers, architectural firms, hospitality specifiers and design specifiers.

“Being able to visualize the product in-home or in the desired location, outdoors or indoors, also creates new marketing tools to promote sales for the designer or the retailer, allowing end-customers to share with friends and family, or supporting B2B presentations to close the sale, or helping designers to build on their professional brand and reputations,” said Gary Pettitt, CEO and founder of Seasonal Living.

He said the company chose to partner with Intiaro because its 360 Advanced Configurator offers simplicity and ease of use, which are key to the success of any new technology.

He also cited Intiaro’s “proven success with other well-known brands,” dedicated support team, and the ability to add functionality as demand for the tool grows.

“We expect that after training and demonstrating not only to our sales teams but also to our customers how simple the tool is to use, that we should be well on our way in the first year to increase our sales by at least 50 percent,” Pettitt said.
