KUKA HOME Promotes Dylan Wang to Chief Operating Executive

KUKA HOME, one of the world's largest producers of upholstered furniture, has promoted Dylan Wang to the Chief Operating Officer of KUKA HOME North America. He reports to the company's President, Matt Harrison.
Wang will assist Harrison in overseeing North American operations, human resources, personnel management, and cultural development. He was most recently General Manager for the company's national retail division and has been with KUKA HOME for over eleven years.
Starting in account management, he has since worked in product development, sourcing, sales, and upper management.
"Dylan has fostered great relationships with many of our retailers. He understands the North American market, is a great team player, and is well-rounded. He will leverage his diverse experience to help the company reach a new level of success," said Harrison.
To bridge the gap between the corporate office and North American sales and marketing teams, Wang will spend more time in the U.S., working with each division to implement KUKA HOME's business strategy and grow the business.
This newly created position is part of a larger company strategy to strengthen the North American division and become more independent from the corporate office to better serve their North American customers.
