AMP Announce Vice President of Business Development

AMP (www.amptab.com) is the leading omni-channel sale & marketing software platform in the All-In-Home industry with digital tools for the entire supply chain from manufacturers to retailers of all types and sizes.

AMP currently partners with 600+ manufacturers and has over 28,000 authorized buyers logging in and using AMP monthly.

Trusted B2B software platform AMP has named Leah Kirkland for the role of vice president of business development. A move that reflects the company’s commitment and growth in the All-In-Home industry to better serve their customers, users and growth path.

Leah’s almost 20 years of rich experience within the industry started directly out of college where she served as a sales representative for Berkline/Benchcraft. After two years, she turned her attention to serving the industry through technology solutions working briefly at AYR1.com before spending eight years at MicroD.

Most recently Leah worked at Outward, Inc. providing 3D and visual solutions for seven years which included the company's acquisition by Williams Sonoma in 2017.

In this role, Leah will manage all of AMPs sales functions, oversee the company’s representative sales force and continue to build the AMP brand in wholesale and retail markets.

“She has been charged with taking on our high growth while maintaining AMPs high level of integrity. Finding a high-quality tech leader is hard enough today but finding one that has Leah’s level of expertise and integrity in the All-In-Home space is a true unicorn. Leah is built for this, and I’m excited to see her work!” says Patrick Henley, CEO of AMP.

Leah says “I’m thrilled to have joined such an established company with a deep history of solving complex challenges for their partners. Looking forward to meeting existing clients and sharing with prospective clients how we may be able to help them streamline their businesses during a time where business demands are high and team bandwidth is low.”

“With all the disheartening news, shutdowns and layoffs in furn-tech these days, this key hire shows the true strength of AMP, our position and trajectory as the #1 and only Omni-Channel Sales and Marketing Platform in the All-In-Home space.”

“We are taking advantage of the disruption and adding more key hires over the next several months. Stay tuned to hear who AMP recruits next,” says Patrick Henley, CEO of AMP.
