Company That Ships Williams-Sonoma and Others Leases Industrial Space in NC

According to the Triangle Business Journal, a supply chain management company that serves big brands such as Williams Sonoma and Tempur-Pedic is leasing a large space at a new industrial building in Durham.

Fidelitone has signed a lease with Trinity Capital Advisors for 130,370 square feet of industrial space at 147 Exchange, located at 923 Ellis Road near the interchange for Highway 147 and Interstate 885.

Fidelitone specializes in order fulfillment services, last mile delivery, inbound logistics and service parts management. The company ships a variety of items such as fitness equipment, furniture, electronics, office equipment and home improvement products.

Reviews on Better Business Bureau and Yelp show brands that use Fidelitone for shipping include Raymour & Flanigan, Pottery Barn, Williams Sonoma, Tempur-Pedic, and Crate and Barrel.

The company has a last mile warehouse in Morrisville "equipped to receive and inspect products, schedule and confirm deliveries, and assemble the product on site," according to the Fidelitone website. Whether it will continue to use the Morrisville warehouse is unknown as company representatives couldn't be reached for comment.

“It’s an honor to welcome Fidelitone to 147 Exchange,” Managing Partner Jeff Sheehan said in a statement. “We developed 147 Exchange to bring a larger industrial product to a supply-constrained market, and it’s rewarding to see the site and product validated by a respected third-party logistics firm like Fidelitone.”

There is 143,520 square feet of space remaining at 147 Exchange. The Fidelitone space will be ready for move-in by May.

147 Exchange is a Class A industrial building totaling 274,370 square feet that will be complete by the end of February. It features 32-foot clear heights and 52-foot column spacing with 56 dock doors and two ramped drive-in doors. There will be 198 parking spaces and 44 trailer parking spaces.

CBRE’s industrial team of Ann-Stewart Patterson, Bryan Everett and Austin Nagy represented the owner in the transaction. Adam Marshal and Tommy Turner with Newmark represented Fidelitone.
