SUNPAN Announces Certification as Great Place to Work

SUNPAN is pleased to announce that it has been certified for a second consecutive year as a Great Place to Work®.  

“To receive this recognition for a second year in a row is truly an honor that our company takes great pride in,” said SUNPAN President and CEO Sundeep Bagga.

“Our employees are our strongest asset, and this achievement was only made possible from the earned trust and ongoing commitment of our team members.” 

Great Place to Work® Institute conducted an independent survey among SUNPAN employees and sought their feedback on the work culture at the company. The survey allowed employees to rate and review the company with a thorough assessment covering questions about job satisfaction, work-life balance, company culture and more.  

To be awarded with this certification, the company required a survey score that is 65% positive or more. The results surpassed this threshold, allowing SUNPAN to be granted this certification for 2023.

By rewarding employees and recognizing their achievements, SUNPAN has successfully built a strong workplace culture that reflects its company values. 

Nancy Fonseca, senior vice president of Great Place to Work® Canada, says that a great workplace is about the level of trust that employees experience in their leaders, the level of pride they have in their jobs, and the extent to which they enjoy their colleagues.  

"Our data shows that great workplaces benefit from stronger financial performance, reduced turnover, and better customer satisfaction than their peers,” said Fonseca.  “Work environments with trust at the foundation are ripe for innovation, agility, resilience and efficiency.”
