Upholstery Manufacturer Kuka Home’s Culture Promotes a Growth Mindset

As the company's North American division grows, they are fostering a collaborative culture with a growth mindset and taking new approaches to team bonding.
President Matt Harrison used his passion for sneakers to make custom shoes for each employee, and that’s some togetherness anyone can get behind.
"We would not be where we are today without everyone on our team. I wanted to reward their hard work and dedication in a fun way that reflects their personality and the creativity of KUKA HOME," said Harrison.
The sneakers are outfitted with each person's alma mater or favorite sports team and the KUKA HOME logo.
KUKA HOME is on the 10th floor of building B: space B1001 at the Las Vegas Market Trade Show.
