The transaction closed last week. Terms were not released.
“Precision Textiles’ strength has always been our focus on being the most innovative and effective OEM supplier in the industries we serve. SlumberShield was always a little different because it was ultimately a consumer brand,” said Precision Textiles CEO Scott Tesser.
“After more than a decade in the business, we came to the conclusion that it was not strategic to Precision and that its management team could better serve its customers as a separate business,” Tesser concluded.
SlumberShield produces top-of-bed products including mattress protectors, bed sheets and pillows.
