Moe’s Home Collection Announces Revamped Website, Helmed by New Chief Digital Officer
Full-line North American wholesaler and retailer Moe’s Home Collection has announced the launch of its user-focused wholesale website and improved customer journey experience alongside Robert Pearson, the company’s new CDO.

The new site achieves a new level of simplicity for wholesale customers by utilizing best-in-class technologies and aesthetics to bring use, discovery, purchasing power and order management systems into one web-based platform.
Under the guidance of Pearson, leading as the company’s first chief digital officer role, this B2B site elevates and transforms how customers interact with the brand.

Central to the site’s design was its simplification. Usability goes far beyond browsing the Moe’s Home Collection virtual showrooms, beginning with an easy-to-use product catalog. Customers can explore and discover what is current and upcoming by viewing the availability and future availability of items. Consequently, consumers now have the opportunity to pre-order new products in advance of their arrival, facilitating more efficient forecasting and planning with complete visibility into where inventory is located and what inventory is inbound. To take it a step further, a breakout of shipments and a Smart Shipment Cart based on availability and fulfillment location happens for the customers at checkout.
