Kuka Home Taps Rick Coppola as EVP of Sales

Upholstery furniture producer Kuka Home has named Rick Coppola in the new position of executive vice president of sales.
Most recently serving as president of sales for Ashley Furniture Inds. for the last 15 years, Coppola will be responsible for growing overall sales, including special accounts.
“I am excited to see how Rick will help Kuka Home achieve our ambitious growth goals,” said Matt Harrison, president of Kuka Home North America. “Rick has developed relationships with many in the industry during his career, and also brings experience and talent in merchandising, sales training and product development that will be a valuable contribution to the Kuka team. At Ashley, he was responsible for all aspects of business including product development and planning, sales management and training, and helped the company grow to $7 billion in sales.”
Harrison added that Kuka Home is optimistic about growth opportunities in the current market conditions. “We will continue to focus on expanding the company’s growth through investments in people and strategic infrastructure,” he said.
