E.S. Kluft Adds 3rd US Factory, Spotlights Popular Brands at LV Market

E.S. Kluft & Company has announced its plans to expand capacity with the addition of a third U.S. factory set to be open by the end of this year. With factories already in place on both coasts – in Rancho Cucamonga, California and Hazleton, Pennsylvania – the third factory will be located in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

“Due to our exceptional growth since 2019 and strategic account alliances with Top 100 retailers, the third plant will allow us to increase our overall capacity and will be strategically located in relationship to our East Coast and West Coast factories,” said Jon Stowe, managing director of E.S. Kluft & Company. “The addition of the Dallas-Fort Worth location will help us reduce lead times and increase service and delivery to our retail partners as the luxury category continues to grow.”

In addition to announcing its third U.S. factory, E.S. Kluft will showcase its popular collections at 2022 Summer Las Vegas Market. Visitors to Las Vegas Market, July 24-28, 2022, can view a selection of the latest from the Kluft, Aireloom and Marshall Mattress brands in two showrooms at the World Market Center. Models from its Aireloom Preferred, Pacific Palisades, Karpen Natural and Aspire Hybrid collections will be featured in showroom C-1501 and the Kluft and Marshall Mattress lines will be presented in showroom C-1562.

“Our newest models in the Aireloom Preferred, Pacific Palisades and Kluft national collections are now available in retailers across the U.S., and the Marshall Mattress collection, already popular in Canada, is rolling out now in selected retailers in the U.S.,” said Magali Castillo, vice president of marketing for E.S. Kluft & Company.

“With our three brands – Aireloom, Kluft and Marshall Mattress – we are able to offer a wide range of luxurious mattresses to any customer, from the younger but quality-aware consumer who is willing to invest in a better-quality mattress to the affluent consumer who wants the best and most exclusive product for the most elevated sleep experience.

“And, after a year that so far has exceeded our expectations, we’re hearing that luxury bedding continues to be in high demand and is outperforming the industry,” added Castillo. “Our retailers are telling us that the consumers who are shopping for mattresses now are willing to spend more for quality mattress because they see the importance of investing in their health and well-being.“
