Nationwide Marketing Group Brings Back Regional Member Meeting this Summer

Nationwide Marketing Group, a buying and marketing group for appliance, electronics, custom integrators, furniture, bedding and outdoor living retailers, has announced the return of its Regional Member Meetings.

The group has announced the following locations and dates for each of the four two-day events:

  • Minneapolis, June 8-9: Hyatt Regency – Mall of America
  • Sacramento, June 15-16: Hyatt Regency Sacramento
  • Philadelphia, June 20-21: Delta Hotels by Marriott
  • Indianapolis, June 22-23: Westin Indianapolis

As always, attendance at the Regional Member Meetings is available at no cost to all Members and qualified guests.

Last year, Nationwide Marketing Group marked its return to in-person events with its first-ever series of Regional Member Meetings. Those four events received high praise from dealers who had been without face-to-face interactions in over a year. Based on that feedback, and with a few minor tweaks to the programming, attendees can expect an engaging and educational schedule at each stop.

“The opportunity to get back out on the road and in front of our members over the past year has taught us a lot about what works and what our members value most out of these in-person experiences,” says Patrick Maloney, executive vice president of membership for Nationwide. “Our first round of Regional Member Meetings offered a great way for us to reconnect with attendees and get them reacclimated to in-person experiences. This time around, we’re planning to put even more of the focus on best practices and idea sharing.”

From the locations of each meeting to the agenda itself, the Regional Member Meetings have been redesigned to allow for more time together, learning from one another. All four events are at highly accessible locations with minimal travel required. And the day-and-a-half window for each stop means less time away from the business.

“What we’ve seen from all of our events over the past year is that our members really appreciate and value the opportunity to talk to one another and learn how other retailers are navigating the challenges of the industry today,” said Melissa Stenson, vice president of member experience for Nationwide. “Nationwide will look to continue facilitating those conversations in any venue possible, whether that’s at PrimeTime or these Regional Member Meetings.”
